On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and bidet. Underfloor heating in the bathroom provides added comfort on cool days.
The garden has a small terrace with a coffee table and chairs, as well as a dining table to enjoy lunch or dinner outdoors in the warmer months.
Villa Tila is located in the exclusive part of Palanga - all popular places are within walking distance. It is located in the city center, but away from the bustling main streets. You can reach the beach in about 12 minutes, and the Botanical Garden and the Amber Museum in about 15 minutes. In 5 minutes you can get to the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, a concert hall, a newly built pool, a farmers market and the main pedestrian street (Basanaviciaus Avenue). There are many cafes and restaurants in the area, and the nearest grocery store is just a 3-minute walk away.
