By these Privacy Rules (hereinafter – the PR), Kūrybos namai, a public enterprise (hereinafter – the Data Controller) establishes the conditions for personal data processing using the websites controlled by the Data Controller. The rules provided for in the PR are applied every time you want to reach the contents and / or service provided by us, irrespective of what device you are using (a computer, a mobile phone, a tablet, a TV set etc.).

Data on the Data Controller is collected and stored at Vilnius Branch of the State Enterprise Registrų centras.

It is extremely important that you read carefully the PR, as every time when you visit the websites, or social network accounts, belonging to the Data Controller you agree with the conditions, described in these PR. If you disagree with these conditions, please do not visit our websites / social network accounts, do not use our contents and / or services.

We confirm that the data of visitors of Data Controller’s websites and social network accounts will be collected in compliance requirements of the valid legal acts of the European Union and the Republic of Lithuania as well the instructions of the supervisory institutions. All reasonable technical and organizational measures are applied so that the data collected by us about the visitors of websites and social network accounts will be protected against loss, unlawful usage and modifications. The employees of the Data Controller have undertaken in writing not to disclose to third parties and not to disseminate information obtained at the workplace, including information on the website visitors.

The persons younger than 16 years of age cannot submit any personal data for marketing purposes through our website (websites) and social network accounts. If you are younger than aged 16, prior to submitting your personal information for the marketing purposes, you must obtain consent from your parents or custodians.

The concepts, used in the Rules are understood as defined in the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 (EU).

What information do we collect about you? How do we use your information?

We collect information directly submitted by you.

Our websites and social network accounts allow you to submit information to us directly. E.g., on the luxuryrent.lt website, it is permitted to complete a contact form and / or use the services offered by us, still in any case, in order to use our services, we ask to submit some information about you.

You may choose not to submit certain information, still in this case you may be not allowed to use our additional services.

To whom do we disclose your information?

We will disclose your information to the following subjects below:

The parties, providing services upon our request, e.g., those that are engaged in accommodation service provision, a company, in the server of which personal data is stored, companies rendering a service of newsletter sending and the like. The possibility of these parties to use your information is limited; these parties cannot use this information for any other purposes except service provision to us;

Other parties, when this is required according to law or is necessary in order to protect the information society services provided by us.

The following are the cases when we may disclose your information to other parties:

  • in order not to breach the law or when responding to a mandatory request related to court proceedings (e.g., having received a decision or a ruling to conduct a search or any other ruling of the court);
  • in order to confirm the legitimacy of our actions;

We have implemented reasonable and appropriate physical, organizational and technical measures to protect your information, which we collect for the purposes of contents / services provision. Still, please do not forget that although we take proper actions to protect your information, no website, no operation conducted online, on a computer system or wireless communication is completely safe.

    Data subject, the data of which is processed during the activity of the Data Collector has the following rights:
  • right to know (be informed) about its data processing (right to be informed);
  • to familiarize with own data and how the data is processed (right to access);
  • right to rectify or, taking into account the purposes of personal data processing, to supplement incomplete personal data (right to rectify);
  • to destroy own data or suspend the actions of own data processing (except for storage) (right to destroy, right “to be forgotten”);
  • to require that personal Data Controller restricts personal data processing under one of legitimate conditions (right to restrict);
  • right to transfer the data (right to portability);
  • right to disagree with its personal data processing or to cancel at any time its consent regarding personal data processing so that the personal data would be processed for one or several concrete purposes, without impact on legitimacy of data processing on the grounds of the consent until consent withdrawal.
  • Data Controller may not provide conditions to data subjects to implement the rights above when in the cases provided in law it is necessary to ensure prevention of criminal offences, violations of ethics at work or professional ethics, investigation and establishment, as well as protection of the rights and freedoms of the data subject or other persons.

Websites, services and products of third parties on our websites

On the website (websites) of the Data Controller or social network accounts, there may be banners, of the third parties, links to their websites and services, which are not controlled by the Data Controller. Data Controller is not responsible for security and privacy of information, collected by third parties. Final provisions

These PR are reviewed not more than once in every two years. After updating the PR, we will inform you about substantial in our opinion amendments through announcement on a particular website (websites) or accounts of social networks. If you log in or use the contents submitted by us and / or the services after such an announcement, we will consider that you agree with new requirements, indicated in the update.
